"I built a market research consulting business that worked perfectly.

Perfectly, until it started running me."

If you have ever looked at the consulting business you built, seen real results, and still felt something was fundamentally wrong, you already know what I mean.

The 10 years that changed everything

I spent 10 years as a Market Research Consultant. I had clients, the revenue, the reputation. It worked perfectly.

From the outside, the business was a success.

To others on the outside, I was living the dream. I travelled, spent time with my friends and family, saw the world while working on interesting projects.

What they did not know was that I barely saw those countries. Instead of enjoying the aliveness of Barcelona or the beaches of Costa Rica, I was sitting in front of my laptop in a hotel room dealing with another scope creep, an urgent request, or a new proposal.

The business was running me.

I feared losing momentum. I feared saying no. I tried to balance life and the success of my consultancy while running on empty.

From the inside, it was quietly consuming everything I had built it for and my personal life was only getting what was left of me, not the best of me.

And then burnout hit.

What became impossible to ignore was the gap between the life I had imagined building and the life I was actually living. More work, more money. Busier, not better.

I knew, the solution was not more discipline, smarter tactics, or another system.

I had changed, and the architecture of my consultancy had not kept pace.

It was designed for a version of me that no longer existed.

It had been assembled reactively, shaped by client demands and urgency and the fear that saying no would cost me everything.

It was never intentionally designed around how I actually want to live my life, or who I had become.

The realization that became a framework.

That experience became the foundation of the 7-D Resonant Business Architecture Framework, a diagnostic and redesign process built on one core belief:

When all seven dimensions of a consulting business are in resonance, it runs with clarity and intention.

It grows without self-sacrifice.

And success finally includes the life you built it for.

Today I work with established consultants who are ready to stop running a reactive, overdelivering business and start operating a clear, structured, life-first business that can grow without them being the bottleneck of their own expansion.

Not from scratch. From maturity.

What I believe about business, and about you

I believe the consultants who are most exhausted are often the most capable.

They have built real momentum. They have proven themselves.

And they are stuck inside a structure that was designed by a version of themselves they have already outgrown.

I believe that experiencing misalignment is not a personal failing.

It is not a sign that you need more discipline, better habits, or a stronger mindset, though mindset matters deeply in this work.

It is an invitation to be more introspective and start redesigning from resonance.

I also believe that clarity, not more strategy, is what actually changes things.

When you can see exactly where the misalignment is, the right next move becomes obvious.

This is why I built a diagnostic process before anything else.

The values that guide every piece of work I do: integrity, curiosity, responsibility, and a deep commitment

to building something sustainable, not just for revenue, but for the life around it.

This is business structure with emotional intelligence.

A little more about me

  • I am an optimist at the core. I am driven by the belief that business can be a force for something genuinely good, and that the people building it should not have to sacrifice their lives to prove it.

  • I meditate every morning. It is my way to start the day, to align with myself, set the mood, visualize a day and get creative ideas for the day.

  • I trust my intuition more than anything. I listen to my gut before making any strategic and personal decisions to know if it is fully aligned with me.

  • The best word of wisdom someone gave me: “You never know where the road will take you. If it feels aligned deep inside, you just make a first step. That’s the only way to know the outcome”.

  • Introspection is one of the best and one of the scariest things you can do for your consulting business. I know because I avoided it for years. The moment I stopped and actually looked, I realized it is the only way to grow business without losing yourself.

  • My vision is simple: a positive ripple effect in people's lives, one aligned consultancy at a time, without swallowing the life of the person building it.

  • I didn't just study business. I studied the thinking behind it. I hold dual certifications from the IMCP in Business Coaching and Life Coaching, because the structure of a business and the mindset of the person running it are never separate things.
