I spent 10 years as a Market Research Consultant.
I had the clients, revenue, reputation, team, and expertise. The business was working perfectly.
To others, I was living the dream. I was free. I travelled, spent time with friends and family, saw the world while working on engaging and strategically-important projects.
But what people did not see was how little of that freedom I was actually experiencing.
Instead of enjoying the aliveness of Barcelona or the beaches of Costa Rica, I was often sitting in front of my laptop in a hotel room, responding to another urgent request, managing another scope expansion, writing another proposal, or trying to keep one more thing from falling through the cracks.
The business was running me.
I feared losing momentum. So I kept carrying the strategy, delivery, quality, client nuance, invisible decisions, and emotional weight of keeping everything working.
From the inside, it was quietly consuming the very life I had built it to support and my personal life was getting what was left of me, not the best of me.
What became impossible to ignore was the gap between the life I wanted to live and the life I was actually living.
I knew the solution was not more discipline, smarter tactics, or another system.
I had changed, But the architecture of my consultancy had not kept pace.
It was still designed around a version of me that said yes too quickly, overdelivered to feel safe, and feared that slowing down would cost me everything.
The business had been assembled reactively, shaped by client demands, expanding scope, old pricing, urgency, and the pressure to keep momentum alive.
It was never intentionally designed around the life I wanted to protect, or the person I had become.

That experience became the foundation of the 7-D Resonant Architecture Framework, a diagnostic and redesign process built on one core belief.
When the business and the business founder are in resonance, growth no longer has to come through self-sacrifice.
The framework looks at the seven places where consulting businesses most often fall out of alignment:
Together, these dimensions reveal whether the business is being led by clarity, standards, and intentional structure, or whether it is still being held together by urgency, over-responsibility, fear, and the founder’s constant personal effort.
When all seven dimensions of a consulting business are in resonance, it runs with more clarity and intention.
Today, I work with established consultants who are ready to stop running a reactive, overdelivering business and start operating a clear, structured, life-first consultancy that can grow without consuming them.
Not from scratch. From maturity.
The structure of a business and the mindset of its founder are never separate.
My vision is simple: a positive ripple effect, one aligned consultancy at a time.
I studied the thinking behind business. Dual certifications from the IMCP.
I trust my intuition before making any strategic decision.
I am an optimist at the core. Business can be a force for good.
I meditate every morning to align with myself.
I believe hustle is often what happens when a business has no architecture.
More effort may keep things moving for a while, but it cannot create the clarity, coherence, and sustainability your next stage of growth requires.
I believe growth that costs your life is not success.
Your business should be designed around the life, capacity, health, relationships, and future you want to protect, not around endless access to your time and energy.
I believe your identity is the operating system of your business.
If the business is still being run by the version of you who had to prove, please, overdeliver, or stay constantly available, it will keep recreating the same heaviness.
